At present, no company can completely solve the peek and miss. This way which allowed to peek and doesn¨t allow to missing or DCS logic support did not fundamentally solve the problem.
The way to solve the problem is to use a large observation angle and high pixel resolution. One of the solutions is using CCD, that uses a large observation angle and high pixel resolution, but full combustion coefficient at the micro level is inadequate. The high-speed CCD and CPU must be used to solve the problem, they are very expansive at least now.
We are researching and developing an integrated scanner and achieving success in the following:
1. Avoiding really peek and miss is able to reduce to debug on the spot.
2. Scanner can provide true burning quality and flame length to reduce the coal consumption and accumulation of dust.
3. The integrated scanner could eliminate the amplifier and the cabinet, simplify wiring and save costs for the user.
4. The use is easier due to eliminate debugging and setting on the spot constantly.
